Madonna And Disney Steal Copyrighted Scripts Print E-mail

Attention: After publishing an article similar to the one below, and from the same author, we received several angry letters from our readers, claiming that the information in it is absolutely wrong. We can not judge who tells the truth, nor we have practice of censoring content. Anyway we think it will be useful for readers to know about this different point of view...

Miami, Florida, June 6, 2007 - Chronic copyright infringer Disney, has stolen another preexisting copyrighted Christian script as the basis for its recently announced film project “All About Adam.”

According to a Variety article published yesterday, “Disney has made a preemptive six-figure purchase of ‘All About Adam,’ a spec script by Alan Schoolcraft and Brent Simons. Scott Rudin will produce the project.”

This infringement stems from the copyright infringement and civil rights violations case Aisha v Madonna, which Disney has been a defendant in since 2005 and knowingly continues to steal copyrights involved in the lawsuit. The case was filed with the Supreme Court in April 2007 (case no. 06-1389) and international lawsuits will follow.

Aisha stated, “In order to make money, you are illegally stealing a Christian script that you are going to try to sell as a movie to a Christian audience, in deeds that willfully violate the U.S. Code, SEC laws and United Nations laws. One’s standards don’t fall much lower than that. It’s a testament to the terrible state of the entertainment industry that anyone would do such a vile thing.”

At issue is the constant infringement of Aisha’s Copyrighted Catalog containing 9,000 songs, 300 movie scripts and short stories, 15 book manuscripts, 200 music video treatments, 500 photographs, 150 photo treatments, a perfume line and clothing line, that has been illegally copied and is being used in willful violation of the law, by Madonna and her associates in Hollywood.

DISNEY’S HISTORY OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

This is not Disney’s first copyright infringement lawsuit. Many writers from all over the world have sued them for willful copyright infringement, which they use to boost their revenues in violation of SEC laws.

They have been credibly sued for stealing 1980’s dated copyrights from independent Florida filmmaker Royce Matthew, which they used to make billions in what later became “the Pirates Of The Caribbean.” Matthew’s preexisting copyrights were infringed scene for scene to create the “Pirates of the Caribbean” franchise without a dime in compensation or credit to him. “Jerry Bruckheimer is the real Pirate of the Caribbean, as the copyrights he used for said film do not appear to be his at all. I saw Royce Matthew’s copyrighted script excerpts, treatments and storyboards from the 80’s that were submitted as evidence in the case and the thefts of his work are plainly evident. Imagine that, you make billions from willfully breaking domestic and international law at someone else’s expense. How reprehensible and shameful. It provides an ugly view of Hollywood for all to see,” stated Aisha.

Disney was also believably sued for willfully stealing Nemo from a French children’s author in a blatant violation of international law.

“Disney basically went into France and stole the character Nemo, illegally reaping billions in profit in violation of domestic law and United Nations treaties. It was completely unsportsmanlike. Yet, recently they got mad at a country in the Middle East for pilfering Mickey to an audience of tens of millions of people. However, the law is the law and it is wrong in both cases.”

Litigation was also initiated by Simon & Schuster against Disney and M. Night Shyamalan for the film “The Village,” which infringes the copyrights of author Margaret Peterson Haddix's book "Running Out of Time," published in 1995.

Simon & Schuster spokeswoman Tracy Van Straaten stated, "This is a children's book that sold more than half a million copies and won prizes, so it's not an obscure book for us." Peterson, like Aisha, was bombarded with queries from readers asking if she noticed the infringements of her work. Shyamalan’s film used significant portions of Peterson’s copyrighted book without permission.

Shyamalan was also sued for copyright infringement by a Pennsylvania screenwriter who stated the plot from his 2002 film "Signs" mirrored his unpublished script "Lord of the Barrens."

Aisha stated, “How does Disney and its associates reconcile its so called family image with knowingly and criminally robbing and defrauding blacks, immigrants and foreigners. It is hardly an endearing picture of the company that the shareholders can’t be proud of. Disney is knowingly breaking domestic and international law. This is not what America was founded upon, yet it is standard operating procedure over at Disney, as many legal cases have shown to their shame.”

MADONNA STEALS SCRIPT FOR DIRECTORIAL DEBUT

Madonna currently continues to infringe Aisha's preexisting copyrights for her debut "Filth and Wisdom" that she claims she is directing.

Aisha stated, "Madonna couldn't direct traffic. Awkwardly walking around a London film site with a blank, confused look on one's face does not a director make. It shows. Based on information they have released about "Filth and Wisdom," she is stealing from my Copyrighted Catalog once again. It's gotten to a point now, that there are web sites online not affiliated with me, condemning her conduct, as people just don't believe her so called re-inventions anymore."

Last month, Madonna stole "Hey You" from Aisha's Copyrighted Catalog for Live Earth. Aisha stated, "As one popular web site pointed out, the song 'Hey You' has nothing to do with global warming. There is a reason for that. Madonna tellingly stole it from items in my Copyrighted Catalog that were not written about global warming."

MADONNA'S LEGAL HISTORY

Madonna’s many copyright infringement, civil rights violations, invasion of privacy and breach of contract cases illustrate a pattern of misconduct that has spanned five countries:

1. Aisha v. Madonna (civil rights and copyright infringement)

2. Sorrentino v. Madonna (assault and battery on a 10 year old child)

3. Myers v. Madonna (civil rights violations)

4. Ronald J Myers v. Madonna (civil rights violations)

5. Barrier v. Madonna (civil rights violations)

6. Bourdin v. Madonna (copyright infringement)

7. Easy Street Records v. Madonna (copyright infringement)

8. Acquaviva v. Madonna (copyright infringement)

9. D’Onofrio v. Madonna (copyright infringement)

10. Iving L Williams v. Madonna (copyright infringement)

11. Eon Net LP v. Madonna (copyright /patent/trademark infringement)

12. Rich Kidd Music Publishing, Inc. v. Madonna (copyright infringement)

13. Winterland v. Madonna (copyright infringement)

14. Hobe Cie. LTD v. Madonna (trademark infringement)

15. Coppola v. Madonna (personal injury)

16. Rice v. Madonna (breach of contract)

17. Mclay v. Madonna (breach of contract)

21. DeCastro v. Madonna (invasion of privacy and commissioned stalking and harassment of a Miami family)

UNITED NATIONS HUMAN RIGHTS COMPLAINT

A United Nations human rights abuse complaint has been prepared and will be filed with the U.N. via an assigned international representative. Aisha’s human rights have been violated in respect to her copyrights, property ownership and privacy, which has been invaded in the same manner that other victims experienced in the Anthony Pellicano case. The contents of the human rights abuse report will be posted to the Internet shortly via Aisha’s web site.

Anthony Pellicano is Madonna’s lawyer’s now incarcerated private investigator, who terrorized people at the behest of wealthy and famous parties in Hollywood, who dubbed him "the sineater."

Aisha stated, "Pellicano engaged in a variety of acts that violated numerous people's rights. However, questions need to be asked and charges brought against his famous employers, who cravenly paid him to terrorize innocent people, violate their privacy, break into their homes and cars, stalk and threaten them.

To hide behind one's fame is cowardly. You were arrogant and unconscionable enough to sic what is the equivalent of a street thug on innocent private citizens and their families in well documented cases, who did you no harm, you should be people enough to accept responsibility and the consequences for what you have done. However, typical of Hollywood, they believe they are above the law. If someone did to these stars what they paid Anthony Pellicano to do to others, they would be the first to call the police, then in true Hollywood fashion, cower into hiding with their publicist, PA, shrink, trainer and cook."

FBI

A formal complaint was filed in the case with George W. Bush appointees Alberto Gonzales at the DOJ and FBI Director Robert Mueller in September of 2005, as copyright infringement is a crime the FBI investigates.

However, Mueller has shirked his duties once again, as he was publicly noted to have done in the Mark Foley congressional page scandal, where another famous figure was involved. The Inspector General excoriated the FBI for this conduct, under Robert Mueller.

Aisha stated, “Mueller’s criminal negligence in this case in allowing Madonna and company to continue to illegally use years old copyrights on a regular basis, speaks terribly of him and his abilities as chief law enforcement officer of the country. It stands to reason, if he can’t stop Madonna, how’s he going to stop Osama. They need to listen to Congress and the American people and step down for the sake of the country.”

Aisha was the first to break the story in her December 2006 internet based Sound Off Column about the FBI abusing the Patriot Act via improperly obtaining emails, bank statements and phone records of American and international citizens. Three months later, Aisha’s claims in her Column were confirmed when in March 2007 inspector general Glenn Fine wrote of FBI abuses of the Patriot Act regarding emails, banks statements and phone records, resulting in a recent Senate inquiry.

The local Miami FBI, run by Jonathan Solomon, stated they are investigating the criminal copyright infringement and invasion of privacy case Aisha v. Madonna. However, this has not stopped Madonna and her associates from unlawfully continuing to pilfer the contents of Aisha’s preexisting, private, Copyrighted Catalog that was proven to have been procured by them via illegal means, in making an unauthorized copy of the master file, with additional items stolen from Aisha’s publicly viewed web site.

Aisha further stated, “An illegal copy of my Copyrighted Catalog was made and she continues to unlawfully use items from it, attributing them to herself and her associates in violation of U.S., British and United Nations laws. She has illegally passed around and sold items from my Copyrighted Catalog to other parties in the industry, who have been tied to her via business records and tax records, as well as stealing items for herself and her companies in violation of SEC laws, that govern each respective corporation.”

FULL LIST OF ALLEGED INFRINGEMENTS:

The following is a list of works from Aisha’s aforementioned Copyrighted Catalog that she formally alleged Madonna and her affiliates such as Warner Bros Pictures, Warner Bros Records, Warner Bros’ artists like Paris Hilton and Madonna's cousin, Gwen Stefani, among others Madonna does business with, have unlawfully used, in the ongoing infringements of her copyrights.

Defendants in the case who have already been sued in the 2005 Aisha v. Madonna lawsuit that was recently filed with the Supreme Court, continue to infringe more of Aisha’s works, such as Sony for Beyonce and Interscope for Gwen Stefani, who has stolen from Aisha’s Copyrighted Catalog two albums in a row now, reaping millions in illegal profit.
