With more and more people realising the benefits of investing in a holiday property, this, says Sean Horton from Holiday Let Mortgages, could see an increase in a different type of property investment.

He is keen to point out, however, that to the uninformed, buying a holiday let can be a minefield, fraught with difficulties if wrong decisions are made – and this is where the free guide comes in.

• choosing the right holiday let mortgage
